Hi there!
Once again, thank you for visiting my website! My name is Gosia and my passion is the nature, mountains in particular. I hike as much as I can, which is hard considering I live in a very flat St. Louis (Missouri). I try to go to different places every year so check back often for updates!
Given my passion for mountains, I have decided to climb the 7 summits of the world. I’ve done Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2007, Mt. Elbrus in 2009, Aconcagua in 2010 and *almost* Denali in 2012 where Mother Nature kept me from summitting.. I was also lucky enough to stand on top of the world on May 18th, 2013 at 8am!! My plans are to go back to Denali in 2014 and do Vinson Massif (Antarctica) and Carstensz Pyramid (Indonesia) sometime down the line (I NEED SPONSORS!!!). I choose to climb with the help of guides only of the most reputable companies (like Alpine Ascents), as safety is always number one to me.
Other miscellanous info about me:
I LOVE Latin dancing, especially salsa and bachata. In the off-season (from art shows) I go dancing every Thursday or Saturday to the local Latin club. I may not be the best but I always sport a big smile on my face!
I love animals. I have two Saint Bernards named Everest and Moose, a cat named Kitty Kat to show my creativity with names, and a bunch of fish. My fav drink is a chocolate martini and basil mojito… and as much as I love mountains, I despise the ocean.. you never know what kind of creatures (i.e. sharks) lure in the depths and just wait for an appetizerFeel free to drop me a word with any questions, suggestions or comments:

If you’d like to help me out with completing my goal of Seven Summits and to help me be the first person with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome to have completed this feat, please donate through PayPal ( zabucha@sbcglobal.net). Anything is greatly appreciated!! (I took a second mortgage out to climb Everest so I can’t finish my goal without your help…)
Thanks so much for visiting!!
Gosia, it was a pleasure to meet you. You are truly an inspiration! Thanks for taking time from your style to show me pictures and make my birthday happier! Dave
