After over 3 years of planning, fundraising and getting ready both physically and mentally, I finally went on a trip of a lifetime: Mt. Everest expedition. The whole trip took about 2 months. My husband Andy came with me to Base Camp of Everest after which he returned home and I continued on to the top.
I kept a little journal with me so I could remember more details. Keep on reading to learn day by day what my trip entailed and what my thought processes were :). This was certainly an experience of a lifetime!!
